4. Sekeping Jugra, Old Klang Road

Perfect for those who can’t get away from work but want a change of scenery; Sekeping Jugra offers a living and co-workspace. It consists of 8 courtyards that surround a single-storey house built in the 1950s. Explore the living and working space via narrow alleyways, gardens and courtyards. 5. Carpe Diem

In the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city, there exists an oasis for an in-city getaway. 7. Kuang Kampung Retreat, Sungai Buloh

For the ones who want to be whisked away to a forest hideaway and have a ‘kampung’ experience, this bungalow is the right place for you. It has an indoor swimming pool with an open roof in the middle of the house that you can slip into at any time. The house has a lookout tower where you can chill at and watch the sunset from. You can also take a stroll around its compound and say hello to the animals on their farm.
